To enrol in Newcastle School, your child must have confirmation of an intellectual disability (moderate or severe) or autism as their primary disability.
Parents need to contact their local high school and complete an Access Request Form for an IO/IS or multi-categorical setting.
This is sent to Student Services at Newcastle Office, in Bull St Newcastle, where students are then placed at the most appropriate setting by the Regional Placement Panel.
Once a placement has been offered, and you want to accept the placement offer, please contact the site principal rfor an appointment to enrol.
